I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The parking facility was very convenient and it was easy to access the hotel from the highway. The location was great as it was close to both Udine and Trieste. The staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, particularly the breakfast area which was well-equipped with all the necessities.
Everything was exactly what I was looking for, and I had no negative experiences.

Stayed here during Christmas and loved the cozy and comfortable ambiance of the place. The breakfast was amazing and had local products that were really tasty. The location is great for those with a car, with easy access to nearby cities. The private parking was a plus and we enjoyed using the outdoor furniture.
Although the wifi was strong, the air conditioning emitted an unpleasant odor when turned on. , the communication during check-in was a bit difficult as the person who received us didn't speak much English.

We had a comfortable stay at this B&B close to the highway. the room and bathroom were small, but well-equipped with a water boiler, coffee maker, and toiletries. the owner's design touches made the room unique. the wifi was reliable and the heating adjustable. the breakfast was generous with warm croissants, bread, ham, cheese, and granola. the location was perfect for visiting Udine and Trieste, with free private parking and a garden to relax in.

This hotel is a hidden gem for those traveling by car. Its location close to the autostrada makes it very convenient for exploring the surrounding areas. The host, Claudia, is incredibly friendly and creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are small but well-equipped, with unique and tasteful decoration. The highlight of the stay was definitely the breakfast, with an array of delicious pastries, breads, and local delicacies. The attention to detail and the thoughtfulness of the amenities made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
All in all, everything was spot on.
